Gulf Machine Shop is a modern day machining facility. We have both manually operated machines and Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines. We make parts for our customers by using their sample parts for dimensions or by using a blueprint provided by them. Often times it is necessary to make weld repairs to a customer’s parts before doing the necessary final machining. We also have several foundries that we call on to provide castings of various sizes, shapes and quantities so we can do the final machining to meet our customer’s requirements.

Here at Gulf Machine Shop, we have a wide range of equipment from the small lathes and mills to the large ones! We have both horizontal and vertical mills with high weight capacity tables, the verticals being manual operated and the horizontals are CNC controlled. We also have a dynamic balancing machine with a 10,000 pound capacity. This allows us to balance rotating parts that we have made or repaired in order to make the equipment operate smoother and last longer.

It does not matter if the requirement is to make or repair one or two items, or several hundred at a time, we have the expertise and equipment to get the job done right the first time! Our skilled machinists are true craftsmen, always willing to give 100 percent.
